Chef Matt Armistead

Matt’s journey as a chef has placed him in an array of kitchens globally. Matt’s culinary style combines the freshest seasonal ingredients from local and regional purveyors, inspired culinary techniques from around the world, and a passion to make dishes with crafted simplicity.

Maddie Braaten Armistead

Maddie’s knowledge in wine, food and hospitality is an essential addition to The INN. She has worked with several restaurant groups, including the Sorge Group in Milwaukee and Rustic Canyon Group in Los Angeles.
